Twenty nine years in exile and now it's time to return home to New Mexico! I moved to Texas to make money, more money than I could ever have made in New Mexico, but I have no regrets. I came to love Texas and it's going to be hard to leave. I rased a child, built a family, shared experiences with my best friend and wife, made friends and our careers excelled in Texas. In short, Texas was very good for me and my family... I made a life in Texas that will be very hard to leave.
New Mexico offers the promise of time and memories, my wife and I met and married in New Mexico. We are returning to share our time together in a land and culture that we have long missed. We have Casa Ninita, our future home. This blog will chronicle the renovation of Casa Ninita, but it will also be about our return home to New Mexico.
